 Where do you ship?

We ship to everywhere in the UK using Royal Mail, all orders are sent either tracked 48 or tracked 24 depending on standard shipping or express shipping.

Anywhere else in the world will be sent through Parcelforce, please choose this option at checkout.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Processing time can take up to 3 working days. 1st class shipping will take 1-3 days to arrive and 2nd class shipping will take 3-5 days after dispatch notice.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll try to locate it for you, if we can not locate it we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your item. Shipping costs are your responsibility. The item must be returned in its original packaging with labels still attached.

If an item arrives in a damaged state, please notify us immediately and we will do what we can resolve the problem. As some of our products can be one of a kind, there maybe issues with replacements if orders are damaged or lost in post.
